Chantilly Sterling Silver Flatware Manufactured Brand New by Gorham is perhaps the most popular sterling pattern of all time. It was first manufactured in the year 1895. It was initially received with a bang and has been one of the strongest selling patterns consistently ever since its inseption.

Chantilly is finely crafted and inspired by the graceful elegance of fine linens and silks originating from the city of Chantilly, France from the 17th Century.  The intricate design is embellished with a cascade of deeply carved borders. A stunning addition to traditional and formal interiors, this exceptional pattern will turn every meal into an event.

Chantilly was also the official sterling flatware used on board Airforce One by The George W. Bush Adminstration.  It has also been frequently used in the White House as well.

Chantilly was designed by  William C. Codman who was perhaps the greatest designer that ever worked for Gorham. The pattern is still active and will undoubtly be produced brand new for many years more or decades to come.
